My Crash Bandicoot review - Mind Over Mutant (DS) And to finish with the review of the saga, I must end with a bad portable version, unlike the portable versions of COTT, the DS version of Mind Over Mutant turned out to be very out of place, much more than what Crash was already in this generation. For start, the story, similar to the desktop version, Dr. Cortex creates a mind control device, but instead of the NV, it is the mind control helmet that Nina wore with Coco in COTT, and speaking of Nina, An argument error is that Nina is when she is supposed to have been sent to the Evil public shcool; Cortex sends these helmets to the bandicoots, Coco and Crunch being the only ones affected, and instead of becoming mutants, they are taken to another place for a "promotion" and Crash goes in search of them. Apart from not having as much to do with the history of the desktop version, there is not much to say, since the game only has two cinematics, the one of the beginning and the one of the end that recycles all the dialogues of the end
